Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Reason for No Returns:

MossMellie Terrariums are intricate living arrangements that rely on a balanced ecosystem to flourish. The health and vitality of the mosses, plants, and any other living components are of utmost importance. Introducing our terrariums to different environments or conditions during the return process could disrupt this balance and impact their overall well-being.

Your Responsibility:

We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details and care instructions provided on our website before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your terrarium, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team before finalizing your order. We are here to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision.

Additions to the Moss Terrarium after purchase:

Incorporating live animals, insects, and additional plants into a moss terrarium can be a creative choice at the buyer's discretion. MossMellie Terrarium is not responsible for the well-being of any live elements added to the moss terrarium after purchase.

It is important to consider a few points if you wish to incorporate additional live elements:

  • Compatibility: Ensure that any animals or insects added to the terrarium are compatible with the mosses and other plants. Some creatures might disturb the delicate ecosystem or each other.

  • Research: Thoroughly research the care requirements of any animals or insects you're considering adding. This includes factors like humidity, temperature, feeding, and space.

  • Proportion: Be mindful of the size of the terrarium and the needs of the living organisms. Overcrowding can stress both plants and animals.

  • Sustainability: If adding live organisms, choose species that can thrive in a contained environment and contribute positively to the ecosystem.

  • Observation: Regularly monitor the terrarium to ensure that all inhabitants are thriving. Adjust conditions as needed to support their well-being.

  • Plant Choice: If you're adding additional plants, consider their growth habits and light requirements to ensure they harmonize with the existing mosses.

  • Ethical Considerations: When adding animals or insects, prioritize their welfare and well-being. Avoid introducing species that could become invasive or harm the ecosystem if released.
